Marriage proposals by SWOT analysis, out-of-control egos, a particular duck in Kyoto, people who think passion for work is a scam – you’ll find them all inside this book, along with maestros, management gurus, philosophers, photographers, and cats.

On Further Reflection was published in Turkish in 2024, coinciding with the author’s 50th year in business. The new collection of essays picks up where Just to Keep in Mind (2023) left off.

Approaching his topics with inquisitiveness and a subtle sense of humor, Bülent Eczacıbaşı explores issues at the heart of business – like leadership, motivation, and customer satisfaction – fresh and thought-provoking angles.

At the same time, he addresses less common subjects, such as asking “stupid” questions, learning success, and the crisis of originality.

On Further Reflection invites you to join these brief and enjoyable “journeys of thought.”
